According to Brenda, CUSTOMER
SERVICE IS "THE" MOST IMPORTANT part of ANY business.
First of all,
EVERY CUSTOMER DESERVES IT, needs it and should have
it.
Brenda takes the time to listen to you, always greets
you with a smile, a bubbly attitude, and creates a pleasant atmosphere
for you to shop. She does what ever it takes to make you happy and feel comfortable in making your decision. It
is very very rare to ever have a problem, but if one does
arise she handles it in a very professional manner, and in your best interest.
And when you leave her boutique, you feel like you have met another friend, because that is the way you are treated. The customers who she spends the most amount of time with, becomes her friend. After all, when you start with a wedding gown, get all of your accessories, your veil, tiara, jewelry, etc, do the bridesmaids, flowergirls and then mothers and grandmothers and sometimes even godmothers too, that is hours and hours spent with the same people. And many times they have actually started with all her school proms, and then remember Pizazz for their wedding. And then of course you have families who have d a u g h t e r s ! And it goes on and on. Special relationships build. When her customers are in the area, they drop in to say hi and talk for a minute or two, or will call to see how she is doing, receive Christmas Cards and lots of thank you 's. . . A n d t h a t m e a n s a l o t to her.
She ends her business with you with a hug and a kiss. Her business I S N O T just about the money. SHE THINKS OF Y O U R NEEDS.......PERIOD.
The funny thing is, PIZAZZ and Brenda, has customers coming from North Carolina, New Jersey and New York sometimes, Virginia, and D.C., the Eastern Shore, Pennsylvania, and Delaware a lot. Many people drive 3 hours or more just to come to her shop because she took the time to talk to them on the phone or called them back with the answers to their questions. It is amazing, but then, God is amazing because HE has directed those people to her for some reason. That is how she feels.
NORMAL
BUSINESS HOURS? Brenda tries to meet the needs of
all her clients. No hour is ever too early or too late. When
you are unavailable to come for an appointment during normal business
hours, Brenda will work around your schedule. Now
how is that for customer service!
God has Blessed her with a sensitive heart, focusing on others, and treating everyone with the utmost respect .
